We wanted to standardize our way of doing business, which we have been developing since the founding of the Almagea company, in order to ensure continuous improvement with the desire to continue growing and developing and to be better every year.Entering the tenth year of operation, we introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system and 14001 environmental protection management system standards.

With these certificates, we strengthened the perception of our company by business partners and customers and strengthened our position on the market, confirming that the quality of our service and products is constant. An important aspect of our business is related to preservation and living in harmony with nature, which motivated us to certify it and to care even more about the future of the environment. At the same time, we have made a promise to ourselves and our interested parties that quality is our imperative in everything we do.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is a basic management system, applicable in every organization, which contributes to the improvement of its overall performance and provides a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives and upgrades of other management systems. This world norm for the organization of business has been accepted by over 100 countries of the world, and is based on a process approach, which includes the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA) and thinking based on risk management. The process approach enables the organization to carefully plan its processes and their interaction.

ISO 14001

ISO standard 14001 provides an overall framework for environmental management and integrates that framework with the overall business management activity.ISO 14001 instructs a company how to establish a disciplined system for achieving set environmental goals, aligned with relevant legislation, how to operate in accordance with defined policies and procedures, and how to conduct assessments to ensure full compliance and continuous improvement. ISO 14001 recognizes that all management systems, regardless of whether it is a safety, quality or environmental system, must ensure a defined and organized approach to relevant activities, meeting business needs at all levels.
